Where are we located ?

We are located in BYFORD (SOR), Perth, Western Australia

Can I walk in to try on a wig ?

Yes we offer try in sessions for customers who wish to have a closer look before purchase, However, an appointment is required for hair styling.

When will I receive my unit ?

All our units are custom made, please allow 14 to 30 days of processing before shipment within Australia via express post to you. We may be able to ship your product sooner than this if the product is in stock.

Orders in Australia via Australia express post arrive 2-5 working days via express post and with standard post 5-10 working days.

Ready to ship wigs/product

  • As soon as you order we ship to you on the same day or the next day.
  • We send your full tracking information the same day of ship out.
  • Please be advised that once packages are received by Australia Express post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to Australia post. For more information about your package please contact (137678).
  • Please ensure the Billing and Shipping Address match and are correct.
  • Please note that all packages will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that you have received your package. Failure to sign for the delivery will result in the package being sent to your local Australia postal office for collection.

Do you accept Exchanges/Returns ?

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of Mk Hairstylist terms and conditions of supply. In respect of orders delivered to you using Express postage, then:

  • All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our store.
  • Mk Hair Stylist cannot be held liable for any errors made by those services
  • This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply.

In the unlikely case that you do receive a unit /product with a fault, we are happy to exchange or issue a refund for the item.

  • Please note that custom orders cannot be returned and refunded until after photograph confirmation approval and shipment.
  • Please contact us if there is an issue or a fault prior to sending the unit back so that we can advise on how to return the unit to us.

Please Note that Mk Hair Stylist does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, or if you feel the colour does not suit or if you selected the wrong capsize.

All sale/discounted items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

To ensure you have the correct cap size please make sure you follow the cap measurement chart instructions below or click on the link to watch the video. You can also refer to our article on how to correctly measure your cap size.

 

Please make sure all the measurements are in inches, if you have any difficulties please contact us for guidance and assistance.

Refunds will only be given in the case that the unit is deemed faulty under inspection from our production department.

We do not recommend changing or colouring any units that have been already coloured.

All returns must have proof of photos before returning. If the unit has been altered in anyway, for example, the unit has been pre-bleached knots ,coloured or trimmed we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit and if we receive a unit that has been altered we will return the product to you.

If there is a fault with your unit you must agree with the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. send us a photograph with details that the unit is in original condition with the lace. You will be required to send these photos to us before a return is can be permitted. Failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.
  3. All returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  4. Refunds will be returned via your original payment method, but be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to process the refunds back to your account.
  5. If you enter the incorrect mailing address, and the item is returned back to us, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the item back to you.
  6. Please include your order number and details of the exchange when returning your item.
  7. Please note that all the shipping will require a signature upon receipt, so we ensure that you have received your package.
